Environmental Finance honors Enphase as IPO of the Year

Enphase Energy was honored to receive the IPO of the Year award, and sends our appreciation to the publishers and all involved with the award selection process. Enphase successfully completed its initial public offering in April, 2012, under the ticker symbol ENPH, after opening the NASDAQ on March 30, 2012.
“It’s been a very tough market for IPOs, for the clean-tech sector, and for solar in particular – so it speaks to the quality of Enphase Energy that the company managed to get investors excited,” said Mark Nicholls, editor of Environmental Finance.
