HydroPoint also announced today that the company’s co-founder, Christopher Spain, will take over as President and CEO. Spain has been with HydroPoint since its inception in 2002 and was President and CEO until 2008 when he became Chairman of the Board and Chief Strategy Officer. Spain will be replacing Paul Ciandrini who is leaving the Petaluma based company to be closer to home and family. Ciandrini has taken a job with San Francisco based nScaled, a Cloud technology company.
