Satcon Technology Corporation(R) (NASDAQ CM: SATC), a leading provider of utility-scale power conversion solutions for the renewable energy market, today introduced the newest addition to its Equinox(TM) utility-ready solar solution portfolio, the Satcon Equinox 625 kW. The next-generation Equinox 625 kW inverter, which began shipping in April, joins the 500 kW solution, introduced in June 2010, and is now available in both North America and Europe.
Built upon Satcon’s industry-leading PowerGate(R) Plus inverter family, the world’s most widely-deployed large-scale solution, Equinox enhances system-wide energy harvest and solar plant yield, enabling the large-scale solar industry’s highest return on investment (ROI).
