Background
Catalytic Solutions (AIM: CTS and CTSU) has developed a breakthrough proprietary MPC® (Mixed Phase Catalyst) technology which reduces converter costs by utilizing up to 90% less precious metals than conventional catalytic coating technology. Catalytic Solutions has also developed special manufacturing processes to complement the unique performance of its patented technology and major automotive original equipment (OEM) manufacturers such as Honda and Renault have selected its products for high-volume platforms. The Company has leveraged its core technology into the energy market by supplying emission control systems to refining and boiler operations as well as into the heavy duty diesel market by supplying OEM and retrofit heavy duty diesel systems for both on- and off-road applications.
