Our Partnership

The concept of a solid oxide fuel cell on a chip operating at 800 degrees Celsius that could be carried around in a pocket, was not something that we thought was technically feasible. But at RockPort, we have a philosophy of keeping an open mind to great technical arguments and great entrepreneurial vision. Lilliputian not only convinced us that it was doable, they then went out and did it!  We co-led the A Round, and the company represents a great example of RockPort’s willingness to invest very early in technologies right out of the university when the value proposition is compelling.
