Diane has managed corporate and operational accounting for various companies in the energy field during the last 20 years. She has held controller, assistant controller, VP and SVP positions in finance and administration, with growing responsibilities for financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, accounting, tax, trading risk management, information systems, and human resources. As Regional VP, Finance & Administration for Edison Mission Marketing & Trading, she was instrumental in developing the company’s trading system and implementing controls over financing and trading activities. A Licensed CPA in Massachusetts, Diane is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in Accounting and Finance.
